He will direct you to professionals in trades that will assist you such as mortgage lenders, inspectors, title companies, insurance agencies, etc. He is determined to make the process of buying or selling a home as easy as possible. He wants you to completely understand everything and feel comfortable with the many decisions that you will have to make when buying or selling real estate.
Shawn's Story
Shawn King was born in the Mt Washington Valley of New Hampshire. Growing up he found a love of the mountains, lakes, rivers, coastline and islands of New Hampshire and Maine.
He and his family have enjoyed living and spending so much time in the many beautiful areas of New Hampshire and Maine including the ski resorts, forests, coastal beaches and islands!
He began his real estate career in 2004 and he has been helping people with their real estate goals ever since. He loves helping people in what he says is, "such a beautiful place to live."
